A Honeymoon to Remember!

I cannot express enough how Kalima exceeded our expectations during our honeymoon stay. From fulfilling our room preferences to the exceptional service, our experience was truly unforgettable. Fern and Juni at reception were incredibly helpful, ensuring we felt safe and confident in our choice. Housekeeping was 10/10 and we were greeted with vibrant smile from the housekeeping team, making our start of the day positive everyday during our stay. Despite booking a pool access room, we couldn't resist visiting the common infinity pool, where Bon, Ink, and Dome served as the most talented bartenders. Dome's customized pina colada with coconut cream became a daily indulgence, thanks to its delicious taste. The staff at Malika Bar also impressed us, especially during our romantic dinner, which was the best we've ever had. Nana and Nick, our servers that evening, even took the time to teach us some basic Thai phrases for the dishes we ordered, making it a fun and interactive experience. I must also mention Tom, the Muay Thai trainer, who went above and beyond by scheduling training sessions outside of his usual hours for my husband. His dedication and gesture were truly appreciated, and my husband had a fantastic time. We will definitely book Tom again when we return to Kalima next year. Overall, our stay at Kalima was the highlight of our time in Phuket, and we can't wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so special.

Absolutely Stunning hotel, fab location, easy to grab a taxi into the main areas. All the staff were so polite, friendly and could not be more helpful!! Food was delicious, beautiful restaurant. We went for our honeymoon and we can’t wait to come back and bring our family.

This resort was absolutely amazing!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back to stay at Kalima again! The service was stellar and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast everywhere morning was a huge spread of food with lots to choose from. Will be back for sure!!

Pen & Grace were very accomodating and the thai massage was great. We enjoyed the 1 Hour massage session. Took aroma therapy massage for me and Thai Massage for my partner. It was calm and very relaxing. There was a form to fill in to indicate the massage focus, level of strength and medical conditions to understand us better

A big thankyou to Nany who looked after our room she was amazing and so smiley and cheerful, every day we came back to a wonderful surprise on our bed, see photos. The holiday had a few issues which management resolved, our initial room had a light sockets smouldering, so we had to change rooms a few times, it was resolved and we received some compensation which we spent on the spa and on an amazing Thai cooking course. The hotel is great, it could benefit from some renovation as I believe ot is 10 years old now and a few bits need attention. There are a lot of steps to climb, so avoid this hotel if you don’t like steps. The roof top restaurant is amazing, the views and service are 5 star. The staff are lovely. The breakfast has everything that every nationality would ever need for breakfast lunch and evening meal! Patong beach is a taxi ride away, about 400 baht, we walked it one day, that is not recommended! There is a shuttle bus in the day time. I would have liked the hotel to be nearer the centre but it’s above where the tsunami hit so take your pick! The hotel has a nice infinity pool with great views and a cocktail bar in the pool. There was a mix of Nationalities and plenty of sun beds available. A good gum, kick boxing classes. Some rooms had their own pool.
